Ted Reilly

Ted Reilly is the Founder and Executive Director of Chicago Media Angels (CMA), an entertainment finance and production company he launched in 2015. With a background in finance—including prior experience at Goldman Sachs and a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame—Ted bridges sophisticated capital with compelling storytelling. He also founded SRH Partners to help creative talent organize and scale.

At CMA, Ted has executive-produced multiple narrative features that have secured festival premieres and commercial distribution. Key credits include BRB (Slamdance), Adult Children (Bentonville Special Jury Award, Galway Best International Film, Chicago International), All Happy Families (Freestyle Digital Media North American acquisition), and The Year Between (Tribeca), among others that have reached audiences through theatrical, streaming, and VOD platforms.

CMA operates three integrated arms:

Ted’s work emphasizes both artistic excellence and strong financial discipline—structuring efficient capital markets for independent storytellers while delivering risk-adjusted returns for investors. He is based in the Chicago area.

Mark Glassgow

Mark Glassgow is Co-Founder and Head of Production at Chicago Media Angels (CMA), helping launch the firm in 2015. With a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, he connects creative development with disciplined production execution. At CMA, Mark oversees portfolio development and production, sources and manages deal flow, and leads key business development and operations initiatives.

As executive producer and producer, Mark has supported narrative features and related projects that have premiered at festivals and reached audiences through theatrical, streaming, and VOD platforms. Representative credits include Adult Children, Her Shark Story, All Happy Families, Deborah, The Year Between, American Schemers, Pools, Okie, Disfluency, Rounding, The Cleaner, Reporting for Christmas, Happy Songs About Unhappy Things, and Room Six, with associate producer credit on Freedom’s Path, among others.

He is based in the Chicago area.

Kelly Waller

Kelly Waller

Kelly Waller is Co-Founder, Executive Director, and Executive Producer at Chicago Media Angels (CMA), the entertainment finance and production company launched in 2015. She brings executive experience from American Express, where she held sales and leadership roles, and works across independent film as the founder of CoHootz Films. She has also worked in investment and operating roles outside entertainment, including with Southport Investments. She has served on the board of Chicago Children’s Theatre and as a member of the Tisch Parents Council at New York University.

As executive producer and co-executive producer, Kelly has supported narrative features and related projects that have premiered at festivals and reached audiences through theatrical, streaming, and VOD platforms. Representative credits include Adult Children, Her Shark Story, Pools, Okie, Room Six, The Secret Art of Human Flight, Deborah, The Year Between, Rounding, Freedom’s Path (co-executive producer), Disfluency, The Cleaner, Reporting for Christmas, Happy Songs About Unhappy Things, Twisted Little Lies, Public Housing Unit, Hunter’s Creed, and High Voltage, with story credit on Selected, among others.

She is based in the Chicago area.
