CMA manages investments into feature films and digital media—often the same projects where we serve as executive producer, and sometimes projects produced by third parties.
Investment Philosophy
We invest in compelling stories, strong creative teams, and projects with clear distribution paths. Our portfolio includes narrative features, documentaries, and genre films that have premiered at major festivals including Toronto, Tribeca, SXSW, and Chicago International.
Structure
We consider equity, debt, and co-investments. Under Investment Management we operate the Angel Investor Group (member network) and CMA Secure Capital (structured fund for tax-incentive financing). Investment decisions are made separately from EP engagements—serving as executive producer does not obligate us to invest, and we invest in projects where we are not involved as EP.
